The Durand family’s custom tiles bring life and color to their home, featuring vibrant glaze hues of yellow and green that enhance both their indoor and outdoor kitchens. These were all custom glazes made for their home and matched their aesthetic. Inside, these custom tiles are paired with matching yellow field tiles, creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels bright and welcoming. The outdoor kitchen continues the design story, seamlessly extending the vibrant palette from indoors to outside. The addition of bold black trims provides a striking contrast, adding depth and sophistication to the overall look. Each custom tile is hand-cut to perfectly fit their unique countertop and center island, making the space beautiful and functional.

In their outdoor spaces, the custom tiles shine with intricate craftsmanship. Hand-glazed 4×8 tiles adorn the stair risers, showcasing a thoughtful mix of greens, blues, and yellows. This harmonious color blend enhances the serene beauty of their garden and creates a perfect backdrop for the outdoor fountain, adding an artistic and tranquil touch to the space.

The sitting area outdoors is anchored by a stunning antique fireplace that serves as a focal point. This fireplace is elevated by our reproduction of vintage Malibu custom tiles, featuring rich black and red tones. These striking tiles perfectly complement the rustic charm of the surrounding Saltillo tiles, creating a timeless and elegant aesthetic. Together, these elements make the outdoor sitting area both visually captivating and inviting, offering a perfect retreat for relaxation or entertaining.
